My last post was titled Life is Ever Changing. I think that may become my mantra. Since my last posting life has changed (of course), I have stopped actively looking for a job. As we all know the job market is not the 80's or 90's, which means we have to become more creative in finding a job. I am currently watching a little one (no I am not a nanny or babysitter), he is a handsome little man. I refer to myself as his Virginia grandmother. Micheal has brought life back into our home. Some other projects I am doing are making cards and other 3D crafts (in fact I am a Stampin up - Demonstrator), Chapter Director for Flashes of  Hope (www.flashesofhope.org), doing craft shows and president of the non profit S.M.I.L.E,Inc and CEO and CFO of the Trost Family.  S.M.I.L.E. (Samantha Makes It a Little Easier,Inc.) is a  non  profit we created in memory of our daughter.  (check out our website - www.smileasier.org).

I am working on a project for a friend (Pampered Chef  Consultant - Elisa Wells). I cased this envelope project, Elisa is going to put samples of PC rubs in the envelopes (what a great idea).  I took two pics to share with you. I will continue my posts and pics. Have a Terrific Tuesday.

Life is Ever Changing

I have been looking for a full time job now for two months. I think I need to re-evaluate what I really want to do. I have been told it is hard to find a job because of our economy but I feel my age is impacting my future working outside the home. One of my favorite pass times is making cards, gifts and other crafts. If you are following me I will posting my creations. I will post again soon. So smile.

New Day

Change is good but can be emotionally draining. Once the change has set in the relief is good. You should look forward after change to the positive results of the change. Wow, what a loop the last sentence was to the reader and writer. January can be a hard month for me but I have an amazing support group of loving friends. I will continue to post. Love to all.
